Shipping

Your order will be shipped approximately 1-2 weeks following receipt of payment, as each article is individually made to order.

Delivery

All articles can be delivered in France, Europe, or other international destinations. The articles will be shipped according to the delivery address indicated.

La Française® bears no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any articles or packaging or for any problems associated with shipping or delivery.

Shipping costs of the French Chronopost service will be applied and shipping and handling costs will be indicated prior to final validation of the order.

For orders shipped to metropolitan France, we offer an estimated delivery time before 1:00 p.m. the day after shipment. When shipping internationally outside France, estimated delivery times are 2-6 days. Deliveries will be made on business days, except official holidays, in the country of destination. Please consult the official policies of the destination country for your shipment.

Forfait – estimated delivery 3-5 days to Europe, 7-10 days internationally.
